Solution:
First, select the video you want to download from the Videos Page.
Scroll down until you see the download button
This will open the video in the Vimeo player.
On the bottom right you will see a download icon
Click that icon and you will get a list of quality choices to choose from
Click the choice you want and then follow the instruction on your device.
