How to Change your Subscription
Solution:
1) Start by logging in to your account.
2) Go to Plans & Pricing
3) Purchase the plan you want to change to
4) After the new plan is purchased, click on My Subscriptions in the upper right-hand corner
5) Click the down arrow next to the subscription you want to cancel
6) Click the cancel Subscription at the bottom
