I forgot my password. I have clicked the forgot the password link, but I am not receiving the reset e-mail.

Solution:

If you are not receiving the reset email, start by checking your JUNK folder. If you still don’t see the reset email, check to see if your email provider gives you the option to white-list “member-site.com”.  This is the domain that the reset email will come from. If you don’t have this option, I will have to delete your account, and you will have to sign back up. You will lose all posts that you have made on the site.

To avoid this issue in the future, sign back up using the login with Google or Facebook option.
